Ultrasonic velocities (u), densities () and viscosities () of bovine serum albumin (BSA) have been measured in the protein concentration range 0.00125 to 0.04 g cm-3 at 298.15 K in water and water containing 0.1480 mol dm-3 of sodium benzoate [C6H5COONa] and cupric acetate [Cu(CH3COO)2.H2O].
