  • INVESTIGATIONS OF BROMO Fe (III) TETRA SELENIAZIDE COMPLEX:- U.V., E.P.R. & X.R.D. SPECTRA

Govind Kumar Gupta, Atul Gupta, S.P.S. Jadon

Abstract:
To confirm the nature of bonding and geometry of the complex, bromo Fe(III) tetra seleniazide, (Se4N3Br)3FeCl3, its U.V., E.P.R. and X.R.D. spectra, recorded, were analyzed. From the results it is concluded that the complex is a good conductor having paramagnetic character and Triclinic geometry.

  • SEASONAL VARIATION IN SOIL CO2 FLUX IN SUB-TROPI

M.Dineswori Devi and Asha Gupta

Abstract:
The temporal and seasonal variation in soil CO2 flux in sub-tropical forests of Manipur, N.E. India was determined in relation to the changes in abiotic variables viz. soil temperature and soil water content. The soil CO2 flux rate shows significant positive co-relation with abiotic factors viz., soil moisture and soil temperature.

  • REVIEW OF A SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TO WATER PURIFICATION

Dr. Shalini Hemkar

Abstract:
The most common and important liquid on earth, water is essential to all life forms. Purification of drinking water is becoming more difficult due to the expansion of industrialization, urbanisation, and other anthropogenic activities that have made drinking water vulnerable. An overview of several purification procedures, ranging from traditional approaches to cutting-edge ones, is offered in this work. Combining approaches is seen to be more advantageous than utilising just one method because each has advantages and disadvantages in terms of efficiency, cost effectiveness, and contaminant removal.
