Tubitak’s entrepreneurial and innovative index rankings for 2011 – 2015 (EIUI) and Webometric’s Ranking of scientists in Turkish institutions based ranking (WGS) and WGS per academician based ranking (WGSP) have been issued with spearman correlation coefficient to find an answer to this.
