  • THE STUDY OF THE INCREASING TREND OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IN INDIA AND THE REASONS FOR THE INCREASE IN JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

Dr.Surendra Pawar

Abstract: From the sociological point of view, age is not given much importance for child crime because the mental and social maturity of a person is not always affected by age, so some scholars consider the behavioral tendency manifested by the child as the basis for child crime, such as loitering. Being absent from school, disobeying parents and guardians, using obscene language, keeping contact with people of character, etc. But till a valid method is not accepted unanimously, age will be considered as the determining basis of juvenile crime. From a sociological point of view, a juvenile delinquent is a person whose behavior is considered harmful by society and therefore prohibited by it. A child who disobeys the law and behaves anti-socially is a juvenile delinquent. The purpose of this research paper is to study the increasing trend of child crime in India and the reasons for the increase in child crime.

  • INDO-U.S. COUNTER-TERRORISM COOPERATION

Sanjay Kumar

Abstract: South Asia, considered a "strategic backwater" by U.S. policymakers for almost ten years following the conclusion of the Cold War, has resurfaced as a significant area of U.S. Foreign Policy apprehensions in recent years. It was only reasonable that the utmost significant authority in South Asia should arise as a 'crucial actor' and 'natural partner' for U.S. Government. India's worldwide figure and economic growth are both on the rise, and decision-makers in the U.S. are re-evaluating the necessity of boosting their level of involvement with the country. India and Pakistan rose to prominence in the US-led World-wide War on Terrorism following September 11 strikes on the American homeland (GWOT). During their administration, the ties between India and the U.S. saw a significant shift in pace. Although increasing defense collaboration is believed to have "driven" the India–U.S.
