  • An Analytical Perspective on the Threat of Terrorism in the Indian Context

Baljeet Yadav

Abstract: According to the latest report, the 9th Global Terrorism Index (GTI), India is ranked 12th among the countries most affected by terrorism. Terrorism has the potential to cause widespread panic and destabilise any nation's established order. Terrorist activity has increased dramatically in recent years, posing a threat to every country. Terrorism's violent activity has not left India untouched. India is more vulnerable to terrorism due to its diverse nature and proximity to enemy countries such as Pakistan. This article seeks to comprehend the impact of terrorism on the social fabric and democratic values enshrined in its political system. The author conducted a systematic review to critically assess the outcomes of terrorism in the Indian context, focusing primarily on the social and political dimensions. The discussion in this paper reflects that while India has improved in GTI over the last five years, there is still a high possibility of terrorist activity.

  • THE PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING ACT

Mukesh Kumar Tiwari1, Dr. Pelasur Chnadera Kumar2

Abstract: The Supreme Court of India has made a monumental decision to reevaluate its ruling from 27 July 2022, which reversed the presumption of innocence and gave the Enforcement Directorate the authority to make arrests without first giving a copy of the enforcement case information report. Government changes and clarifications to Section 3 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act of 2002 were upheld by the court. Concern has been raised in recent years regarding the Enforcement Directorate's heavy reliance on this Act, particularly by the public and political parties who believe it is being used to persecute government critics. This document will go into further detail on some rules, including those pertaining to arrest and bail, attachment of property, adjudicating authority, statements made to officials from the Enforcement Directorate that may be used as evidence, etc. Attempts have been made to evaluate the national perspective in light of the international context. However, for the sake of this paper's relevancy and brevity, we will focus on the Domestic Scenario.

  • IDENTIFYING THE ISSUES FACED BY THE WHILE BORROWING HOME LOANS FROM BANK: A CUSTOMERS PERSPECTIVE

Mini K.N1, Dr. S. K Bhogal2

Abstract: House is a fundamental human right. It's true that everyone, whether they live in the country or the city, needs a safe and secure place to call home for their safety and comfort. During the economic boom that ended in the late 1800s, home loans were commonplace in the United States. Since most people can't afford to pay cash for a home, mortgage lenders started offering loans to cover the gap between the sales price and the buyer's down payment. In order to bring in new consumers, banks will provide mortgages at reduced interest rates. The customer's decision, as well as their motives, difficulties, and level of mortgage loan knowledge, are all considered in this study. The primary objective of this study is to learn how home loan borrowers and consumers in India feel about the services provided by Indian banks.

  • STUDYING ABOUT THE BASIC FACTS ABOUT THE HYPERTENSION

AMAN KANSARE DR. CHANCHAL NAVIN RAJ

Abstract: The drug's solubility is a crucial factor in the formulation process. At a certain temperature, pressure, and pH, the solubility of a solute is the concentration of the solute in the solvent. The primary issue with medications that are weakly water-soluble is their low aqueous solubility. Liquid medications are usually formulated using water as the solvent. Most medications have low acidity or basicity and are hardly soluble in water. To far, over 40% of the medications created from novel chemical entities found have low water solubility. Class II and IV medications have weak water solubility, poor dissolution, and limited bioavailability, according to the biopharmaceutical categorization system.

Abstract: Medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry are subfields of chemistry that focus on the design, chemical synthesis, and development of bio-active molecules with the eventual goal of getting them authorised as prescribed and market purchasable medicinal medicines. Being the most significant organic compounds, heterocyclic compounds are often found in molecules of interest in medical chemistry. Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds have long been of interest to synthetic organic chemists because of the wide range of biological activities they display. Given their prevalence in natural goods, notably alkaloids, they have attracted significant interest from the synthetic community, particularly those working on the entire synthesis of natural products. There aren't clear boundaries between the many branches of chemistry, and heterocyclic chemistry serves as an illustration of this. Heterocycles are fundamental to all biological functions. Heterocycles' ubiquity in nature is sometimes linked to the intense attention they get from the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. In this work, we focus on the synthesis of several heterocyclic nitrogen compounds with basic nucleus such imidiazole, pyrazole, and thiazole.

THRESIA K X DR. ASHOK KUMAR YADAV

Abstract: This thesis focuses on understanding the unique characteristics of Carnatic music for designing feature extraction algorithms, which are then used in the identification of music content. Indian music differs from its Western counterpart in being just tempered, having varying intervals of the octave, and possessing Gamakas. Indian music is broadly classified as North Indian Hindustani music and South Indian Carnatic music. Both the systems of music follow a Raga scheme and a Tala scheme, employing a drone or tanpura for rendering; but the styles of using these Raga and Tala Components and of rendering the music differentiate one system of music from the other. In this work, Carnatic music has been analyzed and its characteristics have been used to design feature extraction algorithm. These features are then used to identify the characteristics of the Raga, Tala, and other non-music components like, the Singer, the Genre, the Instrument and the Emotion. • PORTRAYING LIBERATION AND FEMINISM IN THE WORKS OF KAMLA DAS

Shipra Tiwari Dr. Ravi Kumar Yadav

Abstract: Since the early Western world was male-dominated, and its poets well conscious of their subordinated status, their poetry often mirrored patriarchal and subaltern themes. Women lagged behind males in many spheres of society. Poems written by women in India date back to the time of the country's tribal singers. Poetry couldn't be written until the English language was properly Indianite and the Indians were properly Anglicized. Indian authors writing in English after independence fought to establish their own voice

  • DEEP LEARNING: EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR BIG DATA ANALYTICS

PUNAM PRABHAKER SALUNKHE DR. SUMIT BHATTACHARJEE

Abstract: Lower layers identify simple characteristics and pass that information to higher layers, which may subsequently detect more complex traits. By training each layer independently and feeding its result into the next layer's input, Deep Learning is able to function via a greedy layer-wise unsupervised pre-training. Big Data refers to exceptionally big, heterogeneous data sets characterized by their analysis for patterns and trends due to their features (high volume, diverse formats, speed of processing). In this study, we introduce some of the most advanced neural networks, including the Deep Belief Network, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and Recurrent Neural Network, and present a brief history of deep learning for Big Data (RNN). The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of deep learning architectures appropriate for handling large datasets. After that, we get into the research and debate around the difficulties and opportunities presented by deep learning for big data analytics. Several unanswered questions and emerging themes in the field are briefly discussed in the conclusion.
