Shikha Pandey Dr. Hrishikesh MishraAbstract: The present study examines the professional commitment of secondary education teachers of Lucknow district in accordance with their emotional intelligence. The sample is of 100 secondary education teachers of Lucknow district. Spearman rank order correlation was calculated for the analysis of data. The result established a significant and positive correlation between emotional intelligence and professional commitment of secondary education teachers of Lucknow district. This suggests that educational institutions can foster higher professional commitment in their teachers by enhancing emotional intelligence of teachers. Teachers having high emotional intelligence manage the stress and challenges in a better way & thus their commitment for work is enhanced. High emotional intelligence of teacher reflects in many positive qualities like better interpersonal relations, boosted understanding and empathy, more effective conflict management, resilience and improved adjustment. This contributes to enhanced commitment and engagement of teachers regarding their job or profession. |

Seema Kohar1, Dr. Pinki Kumari2Abstract: Haryana has experienced tremendous growth during the past three decades. The National Capital Region (NCR) has seen a disproportionate amount of expansion. Because it creates job opportunities and encourages urbanization, industrial expansion has been a major driver of economic advancement. However, the process of balanced economic improvement is hampered by uneven regional development. We shall attempt to analyze the aspects of Haryana's economic, educational, and health disparities in this paper. The study's conclusions supported the notion that Haryana had regional differences. It has discovered a high degree of inequity in Haryana that needs immediate correction. The study's recommendations for policy are listed below. |
