Retaining committed, ethical and independent employees significantly enhances the success of a business. The purpose of this study was fourfold: (1) to explore the relationship between organizational commitment and work ethic; (2) to explore if employment level and employment duration affect organizational commitment; (3) to explore if an employee’s sense of deindividuation affected work ethic and/or commitment to one’s job; and (4) explore any possible relationship between different demographics toward work ethic, organizational commitment, and deindividuation.
