Abstract: Development is a broad concept. In today's rapidly changing environment, it has become an important element in our life and without it our life is incomplete. Our life is majorly affected by it. When we construct our current situation or circumstances in an optimistic way according to the goals set by us for our progress, that process is called holistic development. Development is a word that is fabricated of many theories. When we talk about the development of a person, we refer to its Physical, Psychological, Social and Emotional development but when it comes to a development of a country, then we talk about its Economic, Industrial, Urban and Rural development. The whole world strives for a development because it is only through it that there comes a quantitative and qualitative enhancement in the standard of living of the people of the country.

Abstract: पूनम यादव(1) एवं प्रो. सूरज मल शर्मा(2) स्वामी विवेकानंदः ‘‘जब तक महिलाओं की स्थिति नहीं सुधरती तब तक विश्व के कल्याण की कोई संभावना नहीं है, पक्षी के लिए एक ही पंख से उडना संभव नहीं है। महिला सशक्तिकरण एक ऐसा तथ्य है जिसकी अवहेलना किसी भी समाज, देश के विकास की गति को धीमा कर सकती है और जब इस संदर्भ में भारत की बात आती हो तो यह और भी अधिक आवश्यक हो जाता है क्योंकि भारतीय महिलाएँ न केवल देश की आधी आबादी है बल्कि उन्होंने बीते दशकों में तमाम बाधाओं के बावजूद आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक क्षेत्र में अद्वितीय योगदान दिया है।

Abstract: अध्ययन क्षेत्र में सर्वेक्षण व उत्खनन से प्राप्त पुरावशेषों का सांस्कृतिक क्रमानुसार जैसे-हड़प्पन संस्कृति, हड़प्पोत्तर संस्कृति, चित्रित धूसर मृद्भाण्ड संस्कृति, ऐतिहासिक काल, प्रारंभिक मध्यकाल आदि का अध्ययन विस्तृत रूप से किया गया है। पुरातात्त्विक अवशेष प्राचीन समाजों के प्रदर्शन का प्रतीक हैं जो उनके निर्मात्ताओं और उपभोक्ताओं के वास्तविक प्रतिनिधि हैं। यह विशेष समाजों के विचारों को बदलने का एक मूल्यवान दस्तावेज भी है। प्राचीन वस्तुएं कई पहलुओं को परिभाषित करने का महत्वपूर्ण स्रोत हैं
