Abstract: Mindfulness is both an ancient contemplative practice and a scientifically supported approach to enhancing overall well-being. It emphasizes being consciously present in the moment with openness and without judgment. Through mindful awareness, individuals develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, which supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and personal development. Research shows that mindfulness helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms while strengthening attention, resilience, and psychological flexibility. When practiced regularly in daily life, mindfulness encourages a more intentional, meaningful, and fulfilling way of living.

Abstract: Sustainable development has become an integral element of all day-to-day activities and concerns due to its vital role in defining the future. This paper investigates the possible contribution of green schools to achieving sustainable development goals. The concept of "Green Schools" encompasses educational institutions that prioritize sustainability, environmental awareness, and eco-friendly practices in their infrastructure, curriculum, and overall functioning. This paper explores the role of green schools in achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy). These SDGs are vital for ensuring a healthier, more sustainable future for both students and communities. Green schools that include sustainable energy techniques into their everyday operations not only save energy but also serve as platforms for teaching students about the need of clean and inexpensive energy, developing a generation dedicated to sustainable energy solutions, to achieved this Goals of PM SHRI Schools started the Green School Practices. This research explores the role of Environmental Education within the framework of NEP2020. The Environmental Education, as envisioned in NEP 2020, extends beyond just teaching about issues, it incorporates action-based learning, awareness programs, and practical solutions that equip students to take part in sustainability efforts. Green school practices are increasingly being adopted by PM SHRI schools, aligning with the global movement towards sustainability and environmental responsibility. This article investigates the various initiatives within the PM SHRI framework that contribute to the transformation of schools into Green Schools, with the goal of incorporating sustainability into the educational system and promoting environmental consciousness among students. This paper adopts a narrative review approach to explore the Green School Practices initiated under the PM SHRI (Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India) scheme. The review synthesizes existing literature, policy documents, and reports to understand how PM SHRI schools are integrating environmental education and sustainable practices in line with national education goals and global frameworks like the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The relevant literature was sourced from Google Scholar , ERIC ,JSTOR, Ministry of education and PM SHRI scheme documents. The study highlights that the implementation of Green School Practices under the PM SHRI scheme leads to multiple positive educational, environmental, and social outcomes.

Abstract: Taraṅga 12 of Bhakti Ratnākara in the seventeenth-eighteenth century is a philosophical work wherein the metaphysical concept of Achintya Bheda Abheda of Gaudiya Vedānta is altered into a knowledge gained through experience using the transformation occurring in the Bhakti pilgrimage of the Navadvipa Mandala. This study is an observational survey of how sacred geography serves as embodied philosophy, where 9 islands in space represent the progressive stages of growth of navadhā-bhakti. By applying the hermeneutical approach, the phenomenology of sacred space and performance theory as the methods of analysis, the study demonstrates that pilgrimage is a practice-based way of knowing, where knowledge is formed during participatory practice, not through impersonal study. Philosophy of space in the parikrama occurrence erases the distinction between the material action and spiritual elevation, and locates consciousness as the formative facet of geography. The analysis reveals that the incorporation of Narahari of the particular rāgas with theological topography democratises the classical traditions, and thus forms a communal performative activity that produces a deep spiritual understanding based on learning through bodily movement. Results show that pilgrimage promotes radical social inclusivity whereby hierarchy in the caste-gender is suspended with the help of devotional communitas, and neural evidence supports the efficacy of pilgrimage. The 4 centuries of continuous institutional presence reflect an exceptional adaptation ability as the institution developed from the oral transmission method to the world digital involvement without loss of the topography. In this discussion, Taranga, 12 is described as a groundbreaking intervention in the field of mapping of devotional geography, in which cartography is theorised as a hermeneutical mode and geography as scripture and in which sacred space is the site of the complex unity-in-difference of the metaphysics of Gaudiya.

Abstract: प्रस्तुत शोध-आलेख गोवा मुक्ति आंदोलन (1946-1961) में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की बहुआयामी भूमिका का समालोचनात्मक विश्लेषण प्रस्तुत करता है। 1510 ईस्वी से 1961 तक लगभग साढ़े चार शताब्दियों का पुर्तगाली शासन भारतीय राष्ट्र-चेतना के लिए एक गंभीर चुनौती था, जिसे समाप्त करने हेतु विभिन्न राष्ट्रवादी संगठनों ने अपनी-अपनी भूमिकाएँ निभाईं। इस आलेख में प्राथमिक एवं द्वितीयक स्रोतों—संसदीय बहसों, समकालीन पत्र-पत्रिकाओं, सरकारी अभिलेखों एवं प्रत्यक्षदर्शी वृत्तांतों—के आधार पर संघ एवं उससे संबद्ध संगठनों के योगदान का गहन अनुशीलन किया गया है। आलेख में 1954 की दादरा-नगर हवेली मुक्ति, 1955 के व्यापक सत्याग्रह, स्वयंसेवकों के बलिदान तथा 1961 के 'ऑपरेशन विजय' तक की समग्र प्रक्रिया का ऐतिहासिक विवेचन प्रस्तुत है। निष्कर्षतः, यह अध्ययन प्रतिपादित करता है कि गोवा की मुक्ति केवल सैन्य कार्रवाई का परिणाम न होकर दीर्घकालिक जनसंघर्ष, सत्याग्रह एवं राष्ट्रीय चेतना-निर्माण की समेकित परिणति थी, जिसमें संघ-जनसंघ के स्वयंसेवकों का योगदान अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण एवं अविस्मरणीय था।
