Abstract: The American Dream is that any man or woman, despite of his or her background, can change their circumstances and rise as high as they are willing to work. This quote by Fabrizio Moreira holds good for men but for women this dream posses many challenges before it is fulfilled. Women are multifaceted and perform a significant role in society. Across the world women have their challenges to face in this man’s world. In India women are considered as the goddess from the ancient time however, it is also true that they are not treated as goddess. Considering them as goddess alone is not enough, it needs positive continuous effort and participation of both men and women to really bring women empowerment. Initially women were confined to domestic chores and kept within the four walls of the house. Gradually women started getting educated and as the rate of literacy in women increased there has been some progress. Women since ages have expressed their felling, thoughts, anger, experience and anxiety through their writing not only in English but also in other languages.

Abstract: प्रस्तुत शोध पत्र में प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत बी0टी0सी0 एवं विशिष्ट बी0टी0सी0 प्रशिक्षित अध्यापकों की शिक्षण प्रभावशीलता का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन किया गया है। प्रस्तुत अध्ययन के सन्दर्भ में वर्णनात्मक सर्वेक्षण विधि को प्रयुक्त किया गया है। न्यादर्श हेतु झाँसी मण्डल के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों से 200 बी0टी0सी0 एवं 200 विशिष्ट बी0टी0सी0 प्रशिक्षित अध्यापकों को चयनित किया गया। प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के अध्यापकों की शिक्षण प्रभावशीलता के मापन हेतु डॉ0 प्रमोद कुमार तथा डॉ0 डी0एन0 मूथा द्वारा निर्मित- अध्यापक प्रभावशीलता मापनी का प्रयोग किया गया है। संकलित प्रदत्तों के विश्लेषण हेतु मध्यमान, मानक विचलन एवं टी-परीक्षण का प्रयोग किया गया। प्रदत्तों के विश्लेषण के फलस्वरूप पाया गया कि प्राथमिक विद

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to conduct a comprehensive review of the existing literature on electromyographic (EMG) activity of six core muscles, namely the rectus abdominis, internal and external oblique, transversus abdominis, lumbar multifidus, and erector spinae. The exercises that were examined were core physical fitness exercises that were performed on healthy adults. We looked for articles that were published between the years 2012 and 2020 in the following databases: Cochrane, EBSCO, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. There was a strict adherence to the guidelines of PRISMA, which is an acronym that stands for Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses.
