Abstract: जाति एक व्यापक पदानुक्रमित संस्थागत व्यवस्था को संदर्भित करती है जिसके साथ बुनियादी सामाजिक कारक जैसे हैं जन्म, विवाह, भोजन-बंटवारा आदि को पद और स्थिति के पदानुक्रम में व्यवस्थित किया जाता है। ये उपखंड पारंपरिक रूप से व्यवसायों से जुड़े हैं और अन्य के संबंध में सामाजिक संबंध तय करते हैं उच्च और निम्न जातियाँ। जातियों का पारंपरिक श्रेणीबद्ध क्रम भेद पर आधारित था 'पवित्रता' और 'प्रदूषण' के बीच। जबकि आदेश का स्वरूप काफी हद तक बदल चुका है हाल के दिनों में, सिस्टम ही ज्यादा नहीं बदला है। जाति शब्द की उत्पत्ति स्पेनिश भाषा से हुई है जाति शब्द का अर्थ जाति है।

Abstract: Topological insulators (TIs) have emerged as a significant area of study in quantum information science due to their unique electronic properties that arise from topological order. These materials possess insulating bulk states while hosting conducting surface states protected by time-reversal symmetry. This dual characteristic enables robust edge states that are resistant to backscattering from non-magnetic impurities, making TIs ideal candidates for developing fault-tolerant quantum computing systems. In quantum information science, TIs facilitate the creation of Majorana fermions, which can be used to build topological qubits—key components for quantum computation that are less prone to decoherence and external disturbances. Furthermore, the interplay between topological insulators and superconductors can lead to the realization of topological quantum computers. This abstract explores the fundamental principles of topological insulators, their role in quantum information science, and their potential applications in developing advanced quantum computing technologies.

Abstract: भारत में शहरीकरण की बढ़ती गति के साथ, शहरी स्थानीय सरकारों की भूमिका और महत्व लगातार बढ़ रहा है। इन सरकारों में महिलाओं की भागीदारी न केवल लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को मजबूत करती है बल्कि शहरी विकास में महिलाओं की आवश्यक भूमिका को भी रेखांकित करती है। शहरी स्थानीय सरकारों में महिलाओं की राजनीतिक भागीदारी एक ऐसा विषय है जो पिछले कुछ दशकों में काफी चर्चा में रहा है। भारत में, 73वें और 74वें संविधान संशोधन के माध्यम से पंचायती राज संस्थाओं और शहरी स्थानीय निकायों में महिलाओं के लिए एक तिहाई सीटें आरक्षित करके इस दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया है। महिलाओं की राजनीतिक भागीदारी लैंगिक समानता को बढ़ावा देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। यह महिलाओं को निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने का अवसर प्रदान करती है और समाज में उनकी दृश्यता को बढ़ाती है। महिलाएं समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों का प्रतिनिधित्व करती हैं और उनकी राजनीतिक भागीदारी निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया में विविधता लाती है। इससे नीति निर्माण में महिलाओं के मुद्दों को प्राथमिकता मिल सकती है।
