Abstract: The guiding section of the research would compare and contrast all of the characteristics and traits of popular fiction found in the selected works of Ravinder Singh, as well as evaluate and explore all of these components and attributes. It would compare and contrast numerous themes, characteristics, and views that had been investigated during the course of this research's development. As a result of the selection of novels I Too Had a Love Story and Your Dreams Are Mine Now as a basis for the project's premise, it appears to have the potential to mediate and establish various themes such as love, romance, happiness, rejection, dejection, hatred, anxiety, humour, excitement, relationship, thrill, horror, crime, and representation. It would be a detailed study of Ravinder Singh's writing style and manner, as well as a thorough examination of the real nature, breadth, and extent of popular fiction as a distinct entity.

Abstract: Building up or developing a country's capabilities has a long tradition in the field of international aid for the third world. Although the word "capacity building" didn't come into use until the late 1980s, the ideas it encompasses may be traced back to the establishment of new institutions in the 1950s. There are a number of ways in which capacity building and development are distinct from the ideas that came before them conceptually. Abstract: वर्तमान समय में बालिकाओं कासशक्तिकरण समय की मांग है ।किशोरियों का सशक्तिकरण एक महत्वपूर्ण सामाजिक मुद्दा है जो समाज के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।किशोरियों के सशक्तिकरणसे तात्पर्य है किशोरियों की स्थिति को सुदृढ़बनाना,उन्हें सक्षम बनाना।किशोर उम्र के बालकऔर बालिकाए समाज के भविष्य के नेतृत्व निर्माण औरविकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देते हैं।किशोरावस्था के समय में सामाजिक एवं मानसिक विकास,परिपक्वता,स्वतंत्रताऔर समर्थन की आवश्यकताओं को समझनाचाहिए और उन्हें समाज में समानता, समर्थन और स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार प्राप्त करने के लिए सामूहिक रूप से सशक्त करने का अवसर प्रदान करनाचाहिए ।भारत में किशोर आयु वर्ग के लगभग 230 मिलियन बालक-बालिकाएं हैंजिनमें लगभग 47 प्रतिशत महिलायेंसम्मिलितहैं।इस समय में विशेष रूप से लड़कियों को स्वतंत्रता, समानता और समर्थन की आवश्यकता होती है ताकि वे समाज में अपनी स्थिति मजबूत कर सकें।किशोरियों के सशक्तिकरण मेंसमाज एवं महाविद्यालय दोनोंकासम्मिलित रूप से महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है।\\\\r\\\\n
